Educational Presentation

I create educational presentations to help users understand complicated subject matter. My approach involves analyzing the audience's needs and balancing user-centered design with business requirements by first understanding the core needs and goals of both users and the business. I use design thinking to identify problems worth solving and ensure that the solutions align with business metrics. Regular collaboration with product managers and stakeholders helps align design solutions with business objectives while keeping the user experience at the forefront.
 

I break down complex features into smaller, digestible segments, each focusing on using a step-by-step approach. To keep the audience engaged, I incorporate interactive elements like live Q&A sessions and hands-on exercises, allowing users to ask questions in real-time and apply what they learn immediately. Visual aids such as screen recordings, diagrams, and infographics are used to illustrate key points and enhance understanding. In designing these educational contents, I prioritize accessibility and inclusivity by following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and conducting usability testing with diverse user groups.
